Guest Cancellations

Cancellations made:

• More than 24 hours before departure — full refund

• Within 24 hours of departure — non-refundable

We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen changes.

Trip Modifications

If conditions change during the walk and the guide shortens or adjusts the experience for safety reasons, refunds are not provided.

The experience adapts to the day — never the other way around.

Minimum Numbers

All trips operate with a maximum of four guests.
If a departure does not meet minimum operating viability (if applicable), guests will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Arriving with suitable footwear and clothing.

• Disclosing relevant medical conditions.

• Following guide instructions.

ECOTRAILS reserves the right to decline participation if equipment or behaviour presents a safety risk. In such cases, refunds may not apply.

ECOTRAILS operates under concession requirements and safety standards set by the Department of Conservation.
