What to bring
You don’t need much — just a few personal essentials so you stay comfortable out on the trail.
We recommend bringing:
Comfortable hiking shoes or boots suitable for uneven terrain.
(For biosecurity reasons, please ensure footwear is clean and free of seeds, soil, or organic debris before arrival).Weather-appropriate layers
(Conditions can change quickly — a waterproof jacket is important).A reusable water bottle
(We carry refills for you).Insect repellent - due to walking along a river, sandflies can be common, especially in the warmer summer months.
A small daypack - to hold your things.
Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).
A camera or binoculars if you enjoy photography or bird watching.
Everything else is taken care of — from safety equipment to guiding and refreshments.
You can simply arrive ready to walk and experience the landscape.
